JHLA is representing the McLean Gardens Condominium Community and Gates Hudson Community Management as they begin their search for a landscape architect to develop a Landscape Master Plan.


McLean Gardens is one of Washington DC's oldest, most renown condominium communities.  First built in the early 1940's, McLean Gardens is a 23-acre parcel of land consisting of primarily garden-style apartments, rolling topography and landscape areas for residents and other members of the community.  The McLean Gardens Community, with the assistance of Gates Hudson Community Management and Jennifer Horn Landscape Architecture, is seeking qualified experts in the field of Landscape Architecture to develop a dynamic and innovative Master Plan for the 21st Century.  Proposals are due on March 2, 2018 and the Community wishes to engage with a Landscape Architect in Spring/Summer 2018.  For more information, please download the RFP here and download the various appendices here.  For more information, contact Astrid Mota at Gates Hudson:
